Chris is a Partner in CFGI’s Finance & Accounting Advisory practice, with a focus on Financial Services, Private Equity and Capital Markets. He has over 19 years of experience providing accounting advisory, audit and transactional services to public and private companies, with particular expertise in IPOs and M&A across various sectors and global exchanges.
Prior to joining CFGI, Chris was a Partner at Deloitte LLP in London, where he held audit and advisory roles on listed and private companies. This background enables him to bring a board-level perspective to the financial reporting, governance and controls challenges that listed and investor-backed companies face. He has led large engagement teams across multiple jurisdictions, working across both IFRS and US GAAP. Chris has advised on multiple IPO transactions on UK, European and US exchanges, and on M&A engagements supporting both acquisitions and carve-outs.
Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA, ICAEW). He holds a BA (Hons) in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham.
